Court Resurfacing Options
Standard Resurfacing
This is our base level option for resurfacing. This is ideal for clients looking for a budget-
friendly, aesthetically pleasing court with the correct speed of play. The process involves
skimming any visible cracks, applying one to two layers of Acrylic Resurfacer, and two
layers of Textured Acrylic Color. In addition, we can also provide crack repair systems to the individual linear cracks on an existing court, which offer a three-year warranty.
Reinforced System
Our Reinforced System is a fiberglass overlay for cracked asphalt courts. We use only the
best fiberglass, which is a honeycomb structure. It allows full adhesion of the fiberglass to
the existing asphalt base. We apply either two layers of Acrylic Resurfacer or three layers of
Fine Crumb Cushion onto the fiberglass, followed by 2/3 layers of color.
The Reinforced system helps reduce the chance of cracks reappearing through the new playing surface.
Comfort Elite 8mm
Our Comfort System is a multi-layered cushioned acrylic mat system. This product is easy to install, low maintenance, and offers exceptional player comfort with a depth of 5 or 8mm system without compromising bounce. The system is a full glue down, sealed, and reinforced cushion product. The additional layer of fiberglass and matt density, make this idea for an overlay of cracked courts.
